The spacious apartment is located in the centre of Berlin Mitte, between the subway stations Spittelmarkt and Märkisches Museum. The apartment was built in 1999 in modern architecture and has a 5-level underground parking, elevators and pin-lock security system. The doorbell is equipped with a video camera.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor with a balcony facing the quiet courtyard.
The apartment is recently renovated including an oiled wooden Berliner-parquet floor, contributing to a natural living atmosphere.

In the entrance area, there is a storage room with wooden shelves and a shoe cabinet. The bathroom is equipped with a high-quality bathtub, shower head, and shower curtain. It also has a bathroom cabinet and a towel radiator.

The kitchen is equipped with SMEG/Bosch appliances (oven, new dishwasher, and hob) and a LG fridge-freezer.
The dining area has a solid wood table with chairs from Bolia.

The apartment has a southwest-facing triangular balcony, so the living room is always bright and sunny.
