- Comfortable living area with couch
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and dine including high-spec appliances (dishwasher, stove, oven, exhaust fan and large fridge)
- TV
- Shared bathroom for you and only 1 other person

Flatmates:
- How many? Including you, 2-6 people total
- Who could they be? They're either a young professional or student eager to make friends with you.
NOTE: We also have an all-female identifying or non-binary flat

Community Spaces:
- Lounge Space (with view of the Cathedral)

Main Terms:
- Flexible unlimited contract with a minimum length of 6 months
